Mentorship Program:
- Initial Consultation: Fees for the initial consultation are non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscription: All payments made for the Mentorship Program are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
Done-For-You Growth Service:
- Initial Assessment: Fees for the initial assessment are non-refundable.
- Service Packages: Payments made for growth service packages are final, and no refunds will be issued regardless of the results.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel our services. Please note our cancellation policy below:
Mentorship Program:
- Monthly Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds will be issued for any remaining period.
Done-For-You Growth Service:
- Service Packages: You may cancel your service package at any time by providing written notice. If you cancel before the completion of the package, no refunds will be issued for the services that have already been paid for, but we will stop further work upon cancellation.
